Ahmed Faisal Al-Nouri is Chairman of Wolmac & Partners. He has 15 years experience in senior HR leadership positions in Oil and Gas, Transportation and Finance sectors as well as consulting experience in the Airline sector.
Ahmed started his career in Kuwait Oil Tanker company where he led the Manpower and Compensation functions overseeing strategic Manpower Planning and Compensation Management through a challenging expansion period in that organization.
For the past 10 years Ahmed has worked at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) rising to Head of Performance Management and Compensation. He has played a central role in transformation initiatives including development of a cutting edge performance culture linked to market focused Compensation processes. He also leads the Job Evaluation, Manpower Planning and Organization Design activities at KFH and is a seasoned Hay job evaluation practitioner.
His broad multi-sector experience underpins the direction and leadership he is able to provide to Wolmac & Partners in their strategic consulting activities
Ahmed holds a Degree in Marketing from Kuwait University and is a graduate of the prestigious Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development.
